Messy Church

Messy Church at St Peter and St Paul is currently suspended but MEETING ON FACEBOOK! It usually meets in our church hall on the 3rd Friday of each month from 3.45 - 5.45pm. It’s for all ages – children, parents, grandparents and anyone who likes to have fun.

It’s a great opportunity to be creative, meet new people and find out more about God. Everyone is welcome and there’s no charge.

Each month we explore a different theme from the Bible that inspires the afternoon. We begin with an exciting hour of varied craft activities, suitable for all ages and abilities.

This is followed by a time called the Celebration, when we all get together to link the crafts into the theme through a Bible story, songs and prayer.

At 5pm, everyone sits down (adults and children) to share a cooked meal together, prepared in our church kitchen. Tuck in and don’t worry about the washing up!
